The conference centre hours of operation are from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. To book a room(s) please contact our office via email to [email protected].
Rooms may be reserved no more than 6 months in advance of the meeting date.
Confirmations not returned within the 48 hours will result in the room becoming available and schedule changes.
Conference centre schedule is updated hourly, schedule changes accordingly.
You must email to schedule a meeting and not rely on the schedule to make arrangements.
Repeatedly cancelling bookings or booking and not using the conference room(s) may result in cancellation of future bookings and/or suspension of booking privileges.
