  • Rooms may be reserved no more than 6 months in advance of the meeting date.
  • Confirmations not returned within the 48 hours will result in the room becoming available and schedule changes.
  • Conference centre schedule is updated hourly, schedule changes accordingly.
  • You must email to schedule a meeting and not rely on the schedule to make arrangements.
  • Repeatedly cancelling bookings or booking and not using the conference room(s) may result in cancellation of future bookings and/or suspension of booking privileges.
